About the position
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the VP of HR, this role will drive key HR initiatives, with a strong focus on supporting global, multi-cultural teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, business acumen, and the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with global business objectives.
- Global Talent Support: Collaborate with cross-regional HR teams to support global initiatives, ensuring consistent HR practices across markets.
- Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on HR matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and development.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives with effective communication strategies to minimize business disruption.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices align with local and global labor laws, maintaining up-to-date policies.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance review process, guiding managers in goal setting, feedback, and talent development.
- HR Metrics & Analytics: Leverage data to guide decision-making and assess HR program effectiveness.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with Personetics’ values.
- Talent Management: Support Employee full organizational life cycle inc. global talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HRBP or HR Management experience, ideally in a fast-growing, high-tech or fintech environment.
- Global HR Experience supporting multi-cultural teams across various regions.
- Proven Track Record in both strategic HR planning and operational execution.
- Strong Relationship Building and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Analytical Expertise in using HR data for decision-making.
- Proactive Problem Solver with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Israel Labor Laws with the ability to adapt HR best practices globally.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
