About the position
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities combined with leadership skills and proactive approach to problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Perform business analysis to support the deployment Personetics Solutions
- Perform data modelling, wrangling, analysis, and mapping as part of the integration architecture.
- Work closely with other business and development units to achieve high-quality data-centered solutions
- Perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, insight validation and issue impact analysis
- Define implementation team tasks to support customers needs
- Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspective
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in industrial Engineering, Information systems and similar
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Statistics/data modeling/analytical background
- Attention to details
- Team oriented and yet able to work independently
- Able to thrive in a fast passed environment and learn quickly
- Highly proficient in English- must
Nice to have
- Financial services experience (banking, Credit Cards or insurance)
- Hands on experience in SQL
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis
- Customer facing experience
